Kelowna International Airport (YLW) is the closest major airport at about 200 km and a 2.5-hour drive. Calgary (YYC) is about 4 hours, Edmonton (YEG) about 5 hours, and Vancouver (YVR) about 5.5 hours.
How does airport pickup work with RevyCar?
We position a vehicle near the airport before your arrival. After landing, you receive instructions with the exact parking location and access code for self-serve pickup. You drive directly to Revelstoke and return the vehicle downtown.
What does the drop-off fee cover?
The drop-off fee covers the cost of repositioning the vehicle between the airport and Revelstoke. It is a flat fee on top of the daily rental rate. Your total one-way cost is drop-off fee + daily rate. Drop-off fees range from $180 (Kelowna) to $900 (Edmonton).
Can I pick up at one airport and drop off at another?
Yes! We support airport-to-airport routes. If you pick up at one airport and drop off at another, we offer a 50% discount on the return drop-off fee. Reserve first, then contact us to apply the discount.
What if my flight is delayed?
Self-serve pickup is available 24/7 for most vehicles. Share your flight number when booking and we will monitor for delays. Your vehicle will be waiting regardless of when you land.
Are winter tires included for airport pickups?
Yes. All vehicles include 3-peak mountain snowflake rated winter tires from October through April, no matter where you pick up. This is legally required for BC mountain highways and is included at no extra cost.
