One-way pricing is the drop-off fee plus the daily rental rate for the number of days you have the vehicle. The drop-off fee covers the cost of repositioning the vehicle. The drop-off fee covers the cost of repositioning the vehicle back to its home base.

The drop-off fee covers the logistics of returning the vehicle to its original location. This includes fuel for the return trip, driver costs, and coordination. It is a one-time charge on top of your daily rental rate.

What routes do you support?

We support standard routes between Revelstoke and Calgary, Kelowna, Vancouver, Edmonton, and Kamloops. All routes are bi-directional. For custom locations not on this list, submit a custom quote request below.

What is airport-to-airport pricing and how do I get the discount?

If you pick up at one airport and drop off at another, we offer a 50% discount on the return drop-off fee. To get the discount, reserve your one-way rental as normal, then let us know both airport codes and we'll apply the reduced rate.

Can I change my drop-off location after booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but changes must be arranged ahead of time. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change. Drop-off fee adjustments will apply based on the new location.

Can I extend a one-way rental?

Extensions may be possible depending on vehicle availability. Contact us as soon as you know you need extra days. Additional daily rates will apply, but the drop-off fee does not change.

How soon can I get a custom location quote?

Custom pickup/drop-off locations must be arranged ahead of time. Logistics are coordinated on a per-request basis. Submit a quote request at least 48 hours in advance. We respond within 24 hours with custom pricing.

Are winter tires included for one-way rentals?

Absolutely! All vehicles include premium winter tires from October through April, regardless of pickup or return location. This is legally required for BC mountain highways and is included at no extra cost.

One-way rentals require a manual reservation. Contact us by phone or email with your desired pickup/drop-off locations and dates. We confirm availability, seasonal pricing, and send pickup instructions.

Do you offer self-serve pickup at airports?

Yes. We position a vehicle near the airport before your arrival. After landing, you receive instructions with the exact parking location and access code for self-serve pickup. Available 24/7.
