Rates vary by season. We operate four seasonal rate periods throughout the year.
December – March
Peak season — high demand for ski and snow adventures in Revelstoke.
April – June
Shoulder season — milder weather with lower rates as the snow melts.
July – September
Peak season — hiking, biking, and outdoor adventures under long sunny days.
October – November
Shoulder season — golden foliage and quieter roads at lower rates.

One-Way Drop-Off Fees
- •Kelowna (YLW): $180
- •Calgary (YYC): $750
- •Vancouver (YVR): $800
- •Edmonton (YEG): $900
Late Return
- •3-hour grace period
- •After grace period an additional day is charged
Cleaning Fee
- •$50–$150 if vehicle requires extra cleaning
- •Smoking/vaping: Up to $1,000 cleaning/damage fee
Fuel Service
- •Market rate + $20 service fee if not refueled on return
Mileage Overage
- •$0.19/km for distances over 200 km/day
After-Hours Pickup/Return
- •$25 fee for pickup or return outside office hours

Insurance Information
Insurance requirements vary based on your residency. BC residents are typically covered through their existing ICBC policy. Out-of-province and international visitors may need additional coverage.
